After completing your request form, there is no need for initial payment
until you receive a budget of your request. Once
you receive an initial budget, you have a maximum of 7 days to confirm
the reservation and to pay a 25% deposit. If the reservation is not confirmed
within the mentioned period of time, it could be cancelled without previous
notice. The remaining 75% of the cost of your holiday can be paid out
15 days at the latest before your arrival.

Once
we have received confirmation along with payment the vouchers will be
made available online, at airport on your arrival or awaiting at your
hotel.
