Hospedería Señorio de Casalarreina

The ´Hospedería` (rooming house) occupies part of what used to be the Saint Nicholas School and the Ladie´s School of Our Lady of the Pity, a true work of Art in its old times due to its enormous dimensions and its slender architecture. Located in one of the best places of the village, it has been accurately called the ´Aranjuez of Rioja`. After a careful restoration and decoration work done by the designer Pedro Ortega and his team, fifteen well furnished huge rooms are available at the hotel. You can still enjoy the original decorative elements (precious stones set in forged metal, singular washbasins, mirrors, curtains, lamps, paintings, ´Trampantojos` (paintings on doors and in the walls).
