We have a booking and administration department selling golf trips and green fees, together with a development and marketing team overseeing our own technical infrastructure.
We are now undertaking various new projects and are experiencing growth in our operations, and we are considering incorporating a part or full-time person to assist in all of the day-to-day office administration activities, staff assistance and PA to the company manager. You will assist him in day-to-day commercial activities, advertising contracting, campaigns coordination and in the long term become a company coordinator.
- You have perfect business copy-writing skills in English and Spanish.
- You have administrative experience and an assertive positive attitude towards work colleagues and working in general.
- You are computer-literate with emails, spreadsheets, office type suites, etc.
- You are extremely organised and live not too far from Fuengirola.
You have specific accounting experience and/or education in finance or experience working on an advertising or creative agency. Golf is your secret passion (even if no-one knows).
Although this is initially a temporary position due to a long term absence in the accounts department, the right candidate could be offered a long-term position in an established company seeking positive people with the right professional attitude, and anxious to learn modern, technology-related business. The position can be part or full-time, with flexibility and long-term incentives.
