We manage several of our own projects, including one of Spain\u2019s leading golf tour operators, <a href=\"https:\/\/alsur.es\/\">GolfinSpain.com<\/a>, together with marketing campaigns for other companies.<\/p>\n<p>We have a booking and administration department selling golf trips and green fees, together with a development and marketing team overseeing our own technical infrastructure.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>THE JOB<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are now undertaking various new projects and are experiencing growth in our operations, and we are considering incorporating a part or full-time person to assist in all of the day-to-day office administration and accounting activities, staff assistance and PA to the company manager. You will assist him in day-to-day commercial activities, advertising contracting, campaign coordination and in the long term become a company coordinator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As an additional role, the selected candidate will take responsibility for coordinating either sales or finances with the rest of the team.<\/p>\n<h4>REQUIREMENTS<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have perfect business copy-writing skills in English and Spanish. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have administrative experience and an assertive positive attitude towards work colleagues and working in general. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are computer-literate with emails, spreadsheets, office type suites, etc. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are extremely organized and live not too far from Fuengirola.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position could also be open to a junior candidate with the right profile if skilled in other areas of interest.<\/p>\n<h4>IDEALLY\u2026<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have specific accounting or sales experience and\/or education in finance or experience working on an advertising or creative agency.
