A somewhat easy opening hole compared with many others that lie ahead.The drive
is slightly uphill to a wide fairway flanked by trees but a shot favouring the left
side provides the best approach to the green. Anything down the right can leave a
more difficult approach because you can be blocked off by a line of trees just off
the fairway.
