About the golf course
Roda Golf & Beach Resort boasts one of the best golf courses on the Mar Menor: Par 72, 18 holes with different difficulties, water obstacles, drop zones, clearly identified limits/out of bounds all in a unique environment just 1.5Km from the seafront.
There are more than 10,800m2 of greens to look after, as well as a putting green of 950 m2, while the bunkers' surface area is 15,200 m2. We have also added dry buffer areas that have zero water consumption to the project. And all the greens have been constructed in accordance with the recommendations the USGA (United States Golf Association) for substratum and drainage systems..

Played Roda this year for the second time. Put this one in our itinerary asit was a different test, bunkerd well on the fairways, not as much water as some courses, so not exhausting on the ball count if you are prone to stray a little off the tee. The water holes are cracking though a par 3 virtually island green around the 7th, and finishing on the 18th over the water to the green. Greens in good condition slightly slower, again thick tight knitted growth protecting them from the summer heat I suppose. All round in good condition and you will see the refreshing buggy on several occasions, and much appreciated.
