Wonderful facility, extremely challenging course. Very well run, attention to excellent customer service exhibited by all staff. Highly recommend Finca Cortesin to golfers of all abilities.
Excellent all round experience, from the welcome to the course which was in great condition. One of the best courses in Southern Spain, i will definitely come back again.

The Finca Cortesin course itself was excellent, we have played there before and watched the Solheim Cup there however the greens (although pre advised by email) were in very poor condition - we have played many courses in the area (eg San Roque, Alcadeisa Links, Valle Romano etc) and their greens were in a much better condition although everything else at Finca Cortesin was excellent. Although this course is very expensive (approx EU350 pp inc buggy), we were not offered any discount or incentive in light of the poor condition of the greens.
Course outstanding and always is. In danger of pricing themselves out of the market for the regular player. Found that the catering and clubhouse was very expensive and although we normally have lunch wherever we play we felt that food pricing was over the top so didn’t bother.Perhaps after the Solheim Cup they feel that they should be appealing to a more upmarket client.
This is a real golfers course,the service is by far the best I have received at a golf Club and the best facilities we have across anywhere, greens are super fast about 11 stimpmeter. looking forward to watching the world matchplay in 2009.
WOW! Played this at a discounted rate just after a period of maintenance and have to say it was in superb condition. Played off the white tees and boy was it long but I thoroughly enjoyed every single yard of the 7,000. The Par 3s were very memorable and there is tremendous variety. Signature hole 13 is very memorable.
Service from the moment I arrived was friendly, professional and superb. Driving range is also good.
Raid the wife's purse and treat yourself to a round here - you will not regret it.
Stunning golf course with american touch. Has at least 8 top class holes. The service is very similar to best resorts in Florida. You must visit Cortesin if you go to Costa del Sol. A lot of people keep talking about it.
Opened for less than a year but in great condition. A bit hard to find but well worth the effort. Not as good as Santana but still a good golf course. When we played last week they were still running an introductory offer of free coffee and cakes on arrival, free sandwiches on the course and free drinks after your round. Good staff and a good course..........would visit again.
I played Cortesín the first week of January and plan on coming back in March. I can only say good things about this course. The layout is fantastic, perfect greens and the service form the staff is by far the best in Costa del Sol. I have only seen this kind of management in Florida. From the minute you park your care the staff is ready to make your round very pleasent. The course has a breat variety of trees and they keep planting more. You must visit this club if you go to Andalucía
Played Cortesin last week. I'm sure it will become one of the best golf courses in Spain. Very nice natural landscape, views and scenery. The condition was outstanding. Fast greens, perfect fairways. I think only Valderrma can match Cortesin. The club is very much managed with American service. Very friendly, professional and making sure you are having a great time. I recomend it to everyone. Great experience
We played this course the week it opened (Oct 2006). The welcome we received from all the staff was wonderful. The clubhouse was beautiful, overlooking the prictice groung, the service from the bar was really friendly and the course was a pleasure to play. It was a good test of golf with superb greens. But the unique feature was the friendly staff who could not have been more helpful. Definitely they set a standard that other clubs on the Costa would do well to follow. We will cretainly play Cortesin again.
