Opinions of Golf del Sur

This course is in very bad condition, most of the holes are under repair. Fairways have lots of areas with no gras. We will not play this course again.

Great service from Golf In Spain booking as always. Golf course was immaculate for time of year and greens some of the fastest we’ve putted in.

Great golf club, with a very good and fun course of medium difficulty. The quality of the staff is 10. Special mention to Foncu at the reception and Manolo Rodriguez on the course. The investment they are making to improve facilities invite me to return soon. (automated translation)

Very nice golf course would love to play it again

Golf Del Sur is situated very close to the airport and is on the flight path. This never bothered me, however. The most stand out attribute of the club is the friendly atmosphere and the incredibly helpful staff. They closed the South course post Covid which has left it a little disjointed in terms of getting to the 1st tee on the North and from the 9th on the North to the 1st on the Links. However I see this as only a minor inconvenience. There was a lot of maintenance work going on but not to the point of spoiling the golf. They are going through a transitional phase but I definitely would return as it’s very interesting as a course and is incredibly welcoming as a club.

Rewards good iron play greens slick

Good welcome and help with buggy and course layouts. Good condition and although greens were quick they did have some signs of damage. Club website showed 3 loops if nine however found out that only 17 holes now played !

Course was very interesting,the links was in better condition than the north but you can see it will be better in a couple of months as they’re doing a lot of work on the course,saying that it wouldn’t stop us playing there as it was still a very nice course
