Greens where fine but fairways had lack of grass.

Pleasantly surprised after reading some ropey reviews! A very decent and challenging course with terrific views! Tees and greens in good shape considering the lack of rain in the area. We'll be back.

The greens at La Duquesa were very good, however the fairways were very poor and were in desperate need of a cut.

This place is a dangerous place to golf. The pathways are dangerous the steps to greens and tee-boxes are dangerous. This could be a great course if money was spent on it.

Fairways are slippery to the point that a good shot will end up in the bushes!,,

Played this course 4 years ago and loved it, returned last week (Aug 2014) and couldn't believe how bad condition the course was in. The fairways have long weeds growing and badly need cut, the rough is overgrown, the general condition of the course and the surrounding areas tells you the course must be struggling as very little course maintenance has taken place. Around 7th hole there is a landslide in need of repair but has been left (GUR). The Hotel adjacent to Golf Club is closed and run down, all in all the whole area is like a ghost town. Wont play again, there are too many good courses to play and wish I'd read review before booking, worst course condition I have experienced ever, I have played golf for 45 years.

An enjoyable course with a warm welcome. The front nine is tighter and harder than the back 9. Greens were in very good condition, fairways were average. Strong finishing holes especially par 3 17th which is stunning!!

Nice day out but course lacks the enjoyment of others in the area. Warm welcome from staff. 17th hole is a lot of fun.
