About the golf course
Designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior, and located just 5 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan town of Marbella. Opened in 1994 and occupying one of the largest remaining green areas on the Costa del Sol, the 6.000 meter long 18-hole links course with a par of 72, has been imaginatively designed to respect the natural terrain. The facilities the Club House offers are the magnificent Restaurant, conference rooms, a Pro-shop, a driving range and putting green, tennis courts and a Wellness Centre offering yoga and pilates classes and a variety of massage and physiotherapeutic treatments.

Very impressed with club house and restaurant
warm and professional reception from staff
Good service from Pro shop and restaurant staff. Good shopping in pro shop boutique
Front 9 holes were disappointing with strange fairways designs.
Not a fan of mountainous fairways. Did not do my home work to ask you for more level courses. Some hills ok, but not most of the fairways.
Quality price was disappointing

The clubhouse is nice but the range facility is sub standard, really cheap and nasty range balls, range mats are not great. It felt like the type of range you would find in a cheap municipal course.
The course was decent although the greens were not in amazing condtion. The cart paths were slightly wet from earlier rain and were very slippery and downright dangerous when driving around in the golf buggies. We were driving very carefully and still nearly had a an accident several times on the down slopes as the buggies would not stop easily on the downslopes. The buggies also did not have enough power to climb some uphill slopes on the damp grass. The signposting on the course is also not great.
Not a great experience and would avoid this course in the future.

Course conditions were wet. Driving range below average. Pro shop and restaurant staff were excellent.
