Will be back for more. Great course, very welcoming front desk and restaurant. Plenty of information provided as we were first time visitors. Course was well kept, challeging at times and great lay-out of the holes. Nice to be welcomed by a marshall on the first tee, good pointers and so on.

Course is nice. Quality of the course is on par with the price. Would play again. Nice courtyard by clubhouse, good food and drink.

Lovely mountain views. Lots of elevation change will give you a challenge. There are 3 nines and all have their own charm. 19-27 may be a little to close to each other for some people, but nothing really problematic. 26 has a forced carry par 3, but it looks more intimidating than it actually plays. Many opportunities for beautiful view selfies to make your friends jealous.

Really enjoyed this course. It was the best we played of the 4 days we were in Spain. My only gripe was they made us stick to the cart path which seemed unnecessary given the weather conditions. Lovely course though, great views.

Course in average condition , greens good but tees and fairways only average and not up to most Spanish standards . Not a difficult course .

27 holes available. Very well maintained. They must watch that people do not walk along the paths. (automated translation)

Good challenge, fair challenge. Course was in good condition, very warm Spanish vibe, (patio/bar area). Enough water hazards to make it interesting without making it too difficult. Easy enough to find your way around, (as we played on our own, first time there). Greens in good shape, not very fast however. Played to my handicap. Look forward to playing there again.

Well maintained and challenging course that always has a “bail out” safe area. Fair amount of elevation changes, but not daunting. My wife loved it.

Golf course was total chaos competitions twice during our five days stay and two competitions on the same day one for adults and one for juveniles on the Saturday. Tee off times that didn't suit one hour to play one hole chucked it half way down the second hole and went to the pub. Busiest golf course I have ever been on probably because they tell you where you are to start ie 1st tee 10th tee or 19th tee and this was unlimited golf more like restrictive golf. This course was never quiet during our time there in February 2014 probably due to it being their high season. Average time for a round can be 6hours or more for 18 holes. The course is nice but not enjoyable to play unless you like standing and waiting on every tee. I wont ever be back on a 27 hole golf course again it just doesn't work, and if you think about it when they have three starting places how do you slot in after 9 holes.

Lots of great courses on the Costa del Sol. This isn't one of them. Group of 8 of us, held back on first tee (which is as shabby as we've ever seen - not a blade of grass) by the monthly medal in front. Waited one hour before we got an open fairway. Weather was poor but that shouldn't cause the bunkers to lose their sand, tee boxes were minisclue and there were boggy patches in many unexpected places. After 8 holes at funereal pace we were asked to play holes 19-27 instead of the 10th to 18th. That was the only good decision of the day - we would probably still be there if we hadn't swapped. The back nine was ok. Not up with some of the better courses but acceptable and made the front nine feel even worse. We'll be back to Spain but not back to Lauro

This course has got to be one of the worst courses l have paid to play, the welcome from reception was terrible, there is nowhere to leave your things, the greens are different grass, the fairways have clover growing on them in big patches, the tee's were placed on sprinkler heads, the distant markers were either rotten, unreadable or non existant therefore l, along with 6 others reverted to playing guessing golf.....

A good value for money course Lauro, not a difficult walk, not an overly difficult track. Greens always in decent nick, rest of course generally tidy. A warm welcome guaranteed both by staff and the locals. A good "stocking filler" to bring the cost of an itinerary down whilst not sacrificing on decent golf.

Great welcome with very helpful staff. Not difficult even at my standard but there are some very testing moments. Every time I go back I know I am going to enjoy my day. Food served by very pleasing people and it is a modest price for wholsome fare

Played the new 9 holes and then 1 to 9, the new 9 holes could not be more different from the original course if they tried. However the new 9 make an enjoyable start before the course bears its teeth and subjects you to some demanding shots, but if you play steady you can score well on this course. We played it on the first day of our golf week and it was a good test and enjoyable.

Although only 18 of the 27 holes were in use during my visit in June 04 I and my partners voted this club the best value for money from a total of five we played. Nice people and good mix of holes. We liked 19-27 best.

Played 4Ball Oct 03. Played the course twice 19-27+1-9 and 10-27. All fairways & greens were excellent. The first 18 reward accuracy with a below handicap score. The new holes 19-27 are more rewarding still. Wide fairways with more undulation. The greens are well protected and require consentration. Course provides a reasonable challenge and a great feel good factor. play it.

After playing the tough courses at Los Arqueros & Alhaurin this came as a welcome relief. Played the 19-27 and 1-9 loops, fairways firm and not as lush as most of the other courses on the costa but the run on the tee shots was great, the condition of both the greens and greenside aprons were top class, enough to keep your intrest all round but a course that you could beat your handicap and restore your confidence after playing the previously mention, very enjoyable.
