Calanova is back
A few weeks ago we returned to Calanova Golf (in Mijas, Málaga). Inaugurated in 2006, the course suffered several maintenance problems at the end of 2013, and the owners “recovered” its management in September 2014. We wanted to see first-hand the improvement work carried out since then, including a new fleet of buggies, the complete renovation of the greens, 3,000 square metres of turf for the fringe areas in front of the greens, and new drainage and white marble powder sand in most of the bunkers.
