Played twice in Sept 2011. Charming and established course, decent test, well maintained all round, friendly staff. Fantastic price after 4pm. Don't be fooled by the lack of shiny marble and gold entrance hall, this place was everything you could want from a golf course. 6 h'capper.

Simply spectacular, perhaps the best course I have ever played. (Translated from a review in Spanish).

played on the 19th march/12. found the course very unfair. if you do not know the course you will be very frustrated. the ball runs away on nearly every hole and they have internal out of bounds on most of the holes. all in all dissapointed. the wind blows very strongly and the sloping greens made it nearly impossible to putt. would rate the course only suitable for single figure golfers.

WE PLAYED THIS COURSE ON SUNDAY WHILE TRAVELLING FROM BARCELONA TO VALENCIA AND HAD SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE OF THE COURSE AND THE WELCOME THAT WE ORGANISED ANOTHER ROUND ON THE JOURNEY HOME. GREENS ARE EASY TO FIND IN REGULATION BUT YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED TOO MANY EASY PUTTS.

Thoroughly pleasant day. A very good and challenging course, in good condition. Beautiful views. A warm welcome from helpful staff. Amazing value for money.

A very ordinary course in dreadful condition. The back 9 is rather better than the front. The staff and course marshalls were largely unhelpful. The club house is OK, but prices for the golf and food were well above average, and in the case of the golf, very poor value. We will not return.

A good and interesting course. Condition not great after tining and poor weather, but an enjoyable round, nonetheless. Much better value than nearby, and inferior, Baviera. We will return.

Played the Poniente course, it's a short par 3 & 4 course. Don't think , oh that's easy then !! This course is well designed and a real challenge to all handicap golfers. The first for instance, probaly has in excess of 20 bunkers from the tee to the green ... it's an enjoyable course to "think" your way around. The greens are up to the standard of much larger courses and the StrokeIndex 1 hole is a Par3 and you'll know why when stood on the tee - good luck ...

Rio Real is a must if you visit the Costa Del Sol ... well maintained throughout. Greens and fairways are well kept and each hole is an individual challenge. Not too difficult for the high handicappers or the "late night drinkers !!" ...
