Great welcome with very helpful staff. Not difficult even at my standard but there are some very testing moments.
Every time I go back I know I am going to enjoy my day.
Food served by very pleasing people and it is a modest price for wholsome fare

In much better condition than last year. I found out that they had hired a new greenkeeper last year and his job is very visible this year.
One of the best courses in the Costa del Sol has come back...

A very beautiful and well kept course. Good challenge to any gollfer. Worth playing over and over again.

this is the most over priced course in spain we played it in may07 and it was in desperate condition i played it the year before and it was bad but i decided to give it another chance,what a mistake...,dont touch it,

Ballesteros was not the straightest player.from the tee.. the very same designer of this course wouldn't be able to play it without penalty shots.
Some holes are almost unplayable. I went out of bounds on a par 4 playing not a driver, a 3 or 5 wood, but instead a straight 5 iron, that got a bad bounce on a 4 meters wide landing zone... other perfect shots went oob because they were just too good, on blind holes... absurd course, although very beautiful.

Played here for the first time last week. It's a new course which is in good condition, not as expensive as some but you get what you pay for. It's another hilly course which has been fitted into the land available, don't consider playing it without a buggy. I don't think we'd go back as the problem was more with the terrain than the location.

Excellent greens and generally in good condition, but a bit tricked up owing to the hilly location. Worth a visit but there are better courses available .

In better condition than last year. Good course with a great variety of holes which is getting back to its best. Good clubhouse facilities with a great balcony on which to enjoy a few beers after your round.

Superb course, tight driving, ball eating rough and hard-lightning fast greens. I would not recommend this course to mid-high handicappers as most holes are unforgiving, but to the single figure player this is one of the best i have played (and most spectacular). Rivals La Cala in looks and difficulty - rewards the brave but punishes the foolish. Most of the greens are two-tiered and very easy on the eye but thats where the pleasantries end..they roll true but are like glass, so approach with caution. Will definately play again as course knowledge is a huge benefit and will make it all the more enjoyable.
