Played all the courses, well manicured greens receptive but superbly true and fast.. Europa very tight. Challenging carries on most holes, the ladies have less to carry but can still have a challenging round especially hole 4 on the Europa. The food and drink are a bit pricey. If you want a fantastic meal with great service check out El Jinete which is a restaurant on the way up to La Cala after the Santana turn off on the right (looks a bit like a farm house). We ate their twice, but if we had discovered it earlier on our trip they would have seen us most evenings.

This is one of the best golf courses in Spain, I went last month, the golf course was in excellent shape. I played on a weekday, and the course was set like a tournament day, the greens, the bunkers, the roughs and everything was perfect. I asked at the pro-shop and they said that they get it like that every day. The best practice Facilities probably in Spain, wonderful practice tee, made and maintain the same way that the greens. The have three par 3´s perfect to practice and an 18 holes Pitch&Putt. Perfect place for a round of golf

Just go there I played it in april this year. THe starter said as we went along; be carefull chaps, it's a championship course. He was right about that. I lost count og balls swallowed but still it was a true pleasure playing the round. Ranked in top 3 in my portefolio. A must play course

Played the course in May 2011 - 3 months after the course opened. Built in beautiful countryside with no other residential or commercial development - total tranquility! I have played golf between Alicante and Valencia for 18 years and quite simply this course goes straight to the top of the pile (with the possible exception of El Bosque). The greens were the best we played during our 7 rounds and tees, fairways, bunkers etc. all in great condition. I suggest play the course before the young trees planted in the rough grow making the course even more intimidating! A simple club house (possibly temporary) with great views of the course and countryside. Additionally the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Still the best course I've played. A lot of work done on the course for drainage problems suffered previously. Each Whole fits the landscape perfectly and are stunning to look at. Defffinitely worth a visit if you can.

One of the best courses around malaga. Interesting layout, lush and green nature in contrast to most other courses in the area. Good value for money compared to other courses in area.

Played the south (Asia) course, very hilly but not impossible (a buggy is a definate) fantastic views of the surrounding area, some of the tee shots have got the most dramatic backdrop you ever likely to see. The couse was in excellent condition and I would definately go back, the only problem is which course to play ? If you can afford it play all 3.

Played Los Lagos, very good course lots of water to catch the wayward shots, sat nav in the buggies which is fun, greens were superb, generally a good days golf, although the fairways were a bit long, great clubhouse. worth a visit.

with the sun on your back you will have to go a long way to better the course.you will need to be long and straight on half the holes ,a pure pleasure to play!

Not hugely impressed to be honest. The greens were superb though which is why I haven't gone as far as saying a waste of money. Poor course layout and hole design. Just some very silly holes
