Pleasantly surprised by conditions and the value for money of the course, we would definitely play again

Easily above average course in condition and layout wise. Walkable, not much elevation. Beautiful view on many holes. 18th green is scary to be on the driving range being so close with no protective net. Even though the greenfee is relatively pricey I definetly would play again if I happened to in the area.

Everything was fine and exeptable

First course we played, water and OB, on starting holes, so if you were not straight you were wondering if you had bought enough golf balls for the trip ! Greens were fast but had been top dressed with fertiliser, of the 5 courses we played the greens looked in the worst condition but rolled true enough. You need to pick your way around this course, definitely one to play again, now I know the layout.

Played Roda this year for the second time. Put this one in our itinerary asit was a different test, bunkerd well on the fairways, not as much water as some courses, so not exhausting on the ball count if you are prone to stray a little off the tee. The water holes are cracking though a par 3 virtually island green around the 7th, and finishing on the 18th over the water to the green. Greens in good condition slightly slower, again thick tight knitted growth protecting them from the summer heat I suppose. All round in good condition and you will see the refreshing buggy on several occasions, and much appreciated.

Played this course several times one the past 10 years, a fair course and some great looking goles holes. Some can be tricky, particularly the third, but many reward a straight drive, like most course we played grees were well bunkered. Greens looked great but we're very lush, so very slow probably left longer to protect during the summer heat as we played early September. A course we always go back to.
