Poor condition. Untidy, layout has tight, blind holes. New holes added are poor

We enjoyed both Mijas courses and we can see the improvements made over recent years. However, the bunkers are generally awful, very compacted and full of stones. They use a motorised rake which means the underneath is like concrete and the top looks ok. Prices in Spain for golf in Spain are still too high in comparison with Portugal and the quality of the Portuguese courses.

Both courses at Atalaya are very good and the welcome from the Staff was exemplary, full credit to the Caddymaster and his crew for an outstanding service
