Lovely course even with some temporary greens . Always a pleasure to play here , excellent value for money. Will keep playing here when in Spain

Supposed to go out with other players but on getting to the starter it was evident that the German man did not want me to play with that group of 3 . Asked the starter if it would be ok to join the British couple behind them as they wanted me in their group . He did not want this to happen , then told that the 2 ball that had gone should not be a 2 ball, therefore teed off on my own and caught up with the 2 ball on the second hole to make up a 3 ball . Very poor organisation as pro-shop and starter should both know what is happening . Even after allowing for the previous weeks course maintenance our group felt that a reduced green fee should have been in place as the course was poor in parts.

Only disappointment with my visit to Amarillo was that we weren't informed that the 1st & 2nd fairways were undergoing repair when we checked in. Otherwise I enjoyed this course

Great experience, beautiful course but more sand needed in bunkers.
