I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the conditions at Las Americas Golf. The practice facilities are excellent and the range balls were incredibly well priced. The front nine is a fair bit more undulating while the back nine is a lot flatter but both are very good and enjoyable

Golf Del Sur is situated very close to the airport and is on the flight path. This never bothered me, however. The most stand out attribute of the club is the friendly atmosphere and the incredibly helpful staff. They closed the South course post Covid which has left it a little disjointed in terms of getting to the 1st tee on the North and from the 9th on the North to the 1st on the Links. However I see this as only a minor inconvenience. There was a lot of maintenance work going on but not to the point of spoiling the golf. They are going through a transitional phase but I definitely would return as it’s very interesting as a course and is incredibly welcoming as a club.

Very entertaining and well designed course with varied holes. It has a high par 4 that allows you to get from 1 which is very good. (automated translation)

As there was a lot of unfinished work underway on the back nine, feel that the full green fees were not justified.

I really enjoyed this course. It’s in good condition. Interesting layout and some good challenging holes. Enough water and sand to punish lapses on concentration. Will play Mar Menor again.

Friendly, helpful staff, facilities very good. Some problems with pairings as not always able to communicate with other players in the group. Perhaps you should ask each player for languages spoken and try to make up fourballs with same language speakers. Noted that some participants were not really golfers as they had no spatial awareness and no real knowledge of basic golfing rules or etiquette.

I have been traveling for several years with Golfinspain and it has always been great. The hotels, courses and offers are very good. Also, if you want something different from what they offer, they will program a trip for you. Also their website is very entertaining and with many different possibilities to choose from. This year I have played in Villa Padierna G.C. It's fantastic, a bit difficult but great. (automated translation)
